To insert a Column/Row:
Click on the columns or row identifier to the left of the row/top of the columns (i.e. the columns letter or row number):
Click on the insert menu and select Columns or Rows
The new column/wow will be inserted at the point selected.
Multiple columns/rows can be inserted by selecting the required number of columns/rows before clicking on the insert menu.
