Error Message - “Error! Not a valid link” appears on letters and memos created using templates.  To avoid this message appearing again select the Word icon from the desktop to open up a blank page in Word.  Select  ‘Tools’, ‘Options’, ‘General’ then remove the  from the box “Update automatic links at Open”.   The error message will not appear on new documents.
