Error Message - “Out of Memory” appears when sending a file attachment. 
This usually happens when the path name of file is too long and can be avoided by copying or saving the file as a shorter file name.  For example
“IT Issues” may originally be saved as “ITTeam\USO\MS Office\training\IT Issues“, a folder for general IT information sheets.  However for the purposes of an email attachment is could be copied or saved to “IT Team/IT Issues”
