Don’t delete programs manually from windows explorer. Use add/remove programs in control panel or the applications uninstall utility. Do use disk fragmenter to speed up file access on your hard drive. And don’t turn your computer off by pushing the on/off button this leads to file corruption - always use the shut down menu in windows.
